    Tickets

Hi Raymond, and welcome to planDisney! There’s nothing more exciting than planning a trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth. So, let’s make sure you’re all set with tickets!

I thought you might be interested in information on buying Disney World theme park tickets, checking pricing, or finding out how to use your tickets. But if you’re asking about something else, don’t hesitate to submit another question. I want to make sure we get you the answers you’re looking for!

You can purchase Disney World tickets on the website. The Theme Park Ticket page is also the best place to compare prices by playing around with the number of days, specific dates you’d like to visit, and adding a Park Hopper Option (to visit multiple theme parks in one day or to add access to other activities like a water park or mini golf).

To use your tickets at the theme parks, I’d recommend linking them to your My Disney Experience app. This will open up a few different options for scanning in at the park entrances (more on that in a bit!) and also enable you to buy Lightning Lane Passes

If you purchased your tickets on the Disney World website, while logged into your My Disney account, the tickets should already be linked. If not, go into the app and tap ☰ in the lower right corner and select My Tickets & Passes. Press + in the top right corner and then Link Tickets & Passes. Here you can link the tickets using a barcode, QR code, or ID Number.

Once your tickets are linked, you can use a MagicBand, Disney MagicMobile Service, or a Key to the World Card to enter the theme parks (in addition to scanning into Lightning Lane entrances and linking PhotoPass pictures). I like using my MagicBand, so I don’t have to rummage through my park bag for my phone or card, but setting up Disney MagicMobile Service is also convenient for getting most MagicBand functionality from your phone’s mobile wallet. If you’d prefer a physical card, you can pick up a Key to the World Card from Guest Relations at the theme parks and Disney Springs, or from your Disney Resort hotel’s front desk.

I hope you have a magical visit to Disney World! If you have any other questions, we’d love to have you back at planDisney.
