Ahoy Samantha!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am excited that you are planning to spend some time with your favorite Disney characters while sailing with Captain Mickey!
All guests that are attending the ticketed
Character Greetings must have their own tickets. This means if you are accompanying your child but not planning to interact with the characters, you still must have your own ticket. I also want to let you know that guests that are eight years of age or younger require that a parent accompany them to these events.
One of my favorite ticketed meet and greet events is the Princess Gathering. It is fun to meet so much Disney royalty at once. My daughter is a huge fan and we love to have the Fairy Godmothers-in-Training get her ready for this special princess introduction with an appointment at the
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. She loves having a little pixie dust to help her make her time with the Princesses that much more magical. My son is also a fan of the Princess Gathering (which I was expecting)! He is in LOVE with Princess Tiana (who is often at this event) and even at eleven years old, he still wants to go say hello.
If you enjoy the character interactions on board and have little ones who loves Princesses like mine, you may want to consider the
Royal Court Royal Tea. This intimate show with the princesses includes individual meet and greets, tea party surprises and gifts as well as a small meal with tea service. Attending this event does require an additional fee and reservations.
Enjoy making magical memories, Samantha! Angie
