Hi Cara! Welcome to planDisney!
I have to tell you, I've visited
Walt Disney World Resort dozens of times, from when I was a very young child, right up until a few months ago, and my very best memories are those I've shared with my children. Of course, the magic of the Resort that I experienced as a kid is what brings me back over and over again, but watching my own children smile at their favorite character pals and light up in the glow of the nighttime fireworks is just something that I truly will remember forever.
I love seeing that you're already starting to prepare for your upcoming trip next year. My family is also already planning our next vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth! Considering you can already purchase your Theme Park Tickets and make your
Theme Park Reservations, there's no reason to wait! Plus, setting down your itinerary early ensures that you get each and every Theme Park Reservation you're looking for every day of your stay.
To see prices for
Theme Park Tickets for children ages 3-9 just head to the Walt Disney World Resort website and hover over the "Parks & Tickets" tab. Scroll down to "Theme Park Tickets"and click "Continue" under "Standard Theme Park Ticket" which would allow you and your family to visit one Theme Park per day. This will take you to a new page where you'll be able to choose the length of your Ticket, whether you would like to add on the
Park Hopper Option to visit more than one Theme Park per day or other options such as the Water Park and Sports Option or Park Hopper Plus Option. Descriptions of these Ticket options are available to help you make the most out of your magical vacation. Once you've chosen your Ticket length and type, you'll scroll down to a calendar where you'll choose the first day of your stay. Your Theme Park Ticket price is based on the first day you plan to use your Ticket.
Once you've chosen, you'll find that underneath the calendar you'll see the prices for Guests over the age of 10 and Guests ages 3-9. Children under the age of three are not required to have a Theme Park Ticket or Theme Park Reservation.
I'm sorry I'm unable to give you a quick answer, Cara, but there are so many exciting variables to your stay! I personally LOVE adding on the Park Hopper Option, as it allows my family to visit our Fantasyland favorites like
Peter Pan's Flight and
"it's a small world" in the morning, take a quick dip in our
Disney Resorts Collection hotel pool in the afternoon, and head out for dinner, fireworks, and one of my favorite attractions,
Test Track, in the evenings! It's definitely something to think about if your little one will be heading back to the Resort for a nap midday.
Stop by and see us again as you continue planning!
