    Can a ticket be transferred from one Disneyland account/app to another?

    We appreciate that you submitted a question to us and it's a pleasure to hear from you! I see that you have a visit to the Disneyland Resort coming up in just about a week, so let's get you all squared away. 

    Yes, it is possible to link a ticket from one MyDisney account to another so that they would have access to it. The primary account holder will still see the ticket under their account (since they purchased the ticket) but the linked account will be able to access park reservations and purchase/book Lightning Lanes with that ticket. There are two ways to link the ticket.

    1. Disneyland Mobile App: Have the recipient open the App on their device and go to the "☰" Features Menu. Scroll down and select "Link to Account." On the next screen, they will be able to use the phone's camera to scan the bar code of their ticket, which you should be able to provide.
    2. Disneyland website: Navigate to the main website and reveal the pull-down menu under "My Disneyland" on the banner. Click on "Link Tickets and Passes." On the next screen, your recipient will be prompted to enter the ticket ID number in order to link it to their account.

    If you want to completely transfer it over to another account so that they are the primary ticket holder, you'll need to contact a Cast Member at the Tickets phone line for help.
