In my ticket reservation, the same guests appeared multiple times, what is going on?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Will! In just a few weeks your family will be enjoying a magical vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort! Don’t worry, we’ll figure everything out before your visit!

When you purchase Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets directly from Disney’s site, they are added to your My Disney Experience account. You can then log-on to your account to assign a theme park ticket to each person in your group. Go to "MagicBands and Cards" and select the individual ticket you wish to re-assign. As long as the tickets have not been used, you can re-assign them as many times as you need to! That may solve the issue when it comes to multiple tickets showing up with the same name on your account.

Will, if your tickets are not linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can link them yourself with just a few quick clicks. Just pull up the documentation (email or mail) you received when you purchased your tickets and follow the instructions on the linking site

If you are still encountering a problem after you have gone in to assign a theme park ticket to each one of your family members, I encourage you to reach out to a Cast Member at (407) 939-7679. Remember that some long-distance rates may apply.

I hope this helps clear up the theme park ticket confusion. Please don’t hesitate to come back to see us! Helping you figure out all the details of your next visit is our pleasure!
