Heigh-Ho Andy,
Welcome to planDisney, we are a panel of Guests who love sharing our knowledge of Disney and Walt Disney World travel experience with our Fellow Guests. First and more importantly, I hope this finds your extended family recovering from COVID and doing well. Second, I am so sorry you were unable to visit your family and Walt Disney World. I know this similar situation has played out for many, many others. The great news is The Most Magical Place on Earth isn’t going anywhere and we will anxiously be awaiting the time you can return.
Currently, all Walt Disney World tickets purchased are nonrefundable. Guests who are unable to attend and have unused tickets can use the cost of them towards a later visit. Until that time comes I suggest making note of the following information for your tickets:
*Ticket Purchase Confirmation Number or all the 12-digit Ticket ID Numbers
*Purchasers Name and Email
*Where and When the tickets were purchased
*Form of payment at the time of purchase
Keep this information in a safe place and when the time comes to purchase new tickets you can call (407) 566-4985 and speak to a Cast Member about your purchase request or for further information about your existing tickets.
Exciting things are happening at Walt Disney World as it gets ready to celebrate its
50th Anniversary and returning during this special time would make for many magical and memorable moments. Stay up to date with exciting Disney News and Announcements by following the
Disney Parks Blog and check out our Instagram (@planDisneypanel) and

Have a Magical Day,
Amy M.
