When will ticket prices for 2016 be released? (I know it's forever away...but I like to plan 😊)

    HI Brittany,

The Moms Panel LOVES early planning!

Disney room and package (reservations with tickets and/or dining) rates are typically released during mid-summer of the previous year. While we don't have specific confirmation of this, if traditional patterns hold, then the rates for all of 2016 should be released in late July or early August 2015.

If you're asking about theme park tickets, then I don't really have a good answer for you. Disney is fairly inconsistent about when they raise ticket prices. Sometimes it happens in small increments at different times of the year with no particular pattern. The increase announcement often happens less than 48 hours prior to the change. The independent fan website mousesavers.com tracks this information. If you subscribe to their newsletter, they will send out alerts when they learn of increases.

One extra bit of info ... Disney park tickets are valid until used. This means that you could buy tickets now and then hold on to them for a year or two (or more) and they would still be fine for park admission later. Many guests buy tickets in advance as a hedge against future price increase.
