Hi Melissa! Welcome to planDisney. I can absolutely understand why you’d be eager to add just one more ticket to
Oogie Boogie Bash. It’s become one of the most sought-after events at the Disneyland Resort, and missing out can feel like a real trick instead of a treat.
Unfortunately, tickets for the October 26th party are currently sold out, and there isn’t a way to secure an extra one at this point. I know that’s not the news you were hoping for. My best suggestion is to keep checking the
official Disneyland ticketing page periodically, as tickets have very occasionally resurfaced when orders are canceled or inventory is adjusted. While it’s rare, a little bit of persistence (and perhaps some pixie dust) can sometimes pay off.
Even without attending the Bash,
Halloween Time at the Resort still offers plenty of ways to celebrate. At Disneyland, you’ll find Main Street glowing with hundreds of hand-carved pumpkins perched along the rooftops, each one with its own personality. Haunted Mansion Holiday, hosted by Jack Skellington and his frightful friends, is a must-do for a dose of both spooky and merry. If you happen to be nearby at twilight, linger by the Mansion to catch Jack’s special lighting moment as the evening creeps in. It’s a small touch that feels like a hidden treat for those in the know.
Over at Disney California Adventure, the Halloween spirit stretches well beyond Oogie Boogie Bash. Radiator Springs transforms into Radiator Screams, where Mater and Luigi host their playful, pumpkin-spiced ride overlays: Mater’s Graveyard JamBOOree and Luigi’s Honkin’ Haul-O-Ween. Buena Vista Street captures the vintage charm of Halloween with seasonal décor and photo opportunities, and if you’re craving thrills, Guardians of the Galaxy – Monsters After Dark provides a limited-time storyline filled with otherworldly creatures and edge-of-your-seat excitement.
While I know it’s not the same as stepping into Oogie Boogie’s lair during the party, the good news, Melissa, is that the rest of the Resort is packed with spooky fun from morning to night. You’ll still find more than enough ghoulishly delightful experiences to make your Halloween visit unforgettable.
Wishing you all the treats and just a sprinkle of tricks during your time at Disneyland Resort,
David
