Welcome to planDisney, Shandalyn, and thanks for coming to the Panel with your question! I know you must be looking forward to your visit to Walt Disney World Resort next month.
You should have received a confirmation email from Disney for your
theme park tickets. You've probably done so, but be sure to check your junk/spam/other folder because sometimes emails from Disney end UP in the wrong place. Like Wilderness Explorer Russell, a Disney Cast Member will be eager to help you locate your theme park tickets if you need assistance. To speak with a Cast Member, call (407) 566-4985, or you also send an email to
ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com about your tickets.
Once you locate your park tickets, you'll need to make a
theme park reservation through the
Disney Park Pass system. Currently, all Guests ages 3 and older must have a park reservation to enter any of the theme parks. There is a
"Know Before You Go" video online that shows Guests exactly how to make a park reservation.
I hope you have a great adventure at the Most Magical Place on Earth, and remember, the wilderness must be explored! Shandalyn, please let us know if we can assist you with any other questions before your visit.
Have a magical day!
Bob
