Lowell from TX Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

How do I get my ticket number if I didn't write it down when I made my reservation and paid for the tickets?

    Heigh-Ho Lowell,

Welcome to planDisney, I am happy to guide you in the right direction to resolve your Walt Disney World ticket conundrum.  Before moving any further, if you have not already done so, I recommend you make a My Disney Experience profile and download the mobile app. This is your vacation hub for Walt Disney World and here you can link, monitor and modify your Walt Disney World tickets as well as make your Disney Park Pass reservation. But this handy-dandy tool does so much more, so become comfortable navigating all the pixie-dusted power you have right at your fingertips.

Your Walt Disney World ticket inquiry needs to be directed to a Cast Member who can look up your information. You will need to contact (407) 566-4985. And now that you have a My Disney Experience profile and once your ticket conundrum is solved you can have the Cast Member link these tickets to your My Disney Experience profile or you can do it as well once you received your 12-digit ticket ID number or Will Call Number. Once your tickets are linked and assigned to yourself and your Family & Friends you can make your Disney Park Pass reservations and your itinerary can easily be accessed from your My Disney Experience.

In the meantime, stay up to date by following the Disney Parks Blog and feel free to ask, at planDisney, any further questions you may have.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
