I'm sorry to hear your plans have changed. In general, Walt Disney World theme park tickets and special event
tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a ticket has been linked to a
My Disney Experience account, it cannot be relinked to a different account using the ticket confirmation number. However, you may reassign a fully unused ticket to someone else in your
Family & Friends List. To reassign a ticket using the
My Disney Experience app, use the menu button (three horizontal lines) to go to "Tickets and Passes", swipe to locate the correct ticket, and select "Reassign Ticket". You will then be able to select a Guest from your Family & Friends List. If the person to whom you would like to reassign the ticket needs to be added to your Family & Friends List, the easiest way to do this is by scanning or entering their linking code in the app. Use the menu button to select "My Profile" and then choose "Family & Friends List" at the top. Scroll to the bottom of your list, select "Add a Guest" and then "Scan their linking code". Your friend will find their linking code under "My Profile". You can scan their code with your device's camera, or type in the code manually.
