    I have a ticket from last year that we didn't get to use. I purchased 2 at Sam's club and one was accepted but the second said invalid. how do I resolve?

    I am sorry to hEAR about your Walt Disney World ticket conundrum. While I am not privy to Guests’ information I can help guide you in the right direction to resolve your problem.

    Walt Disney World tickets are identified by a 12-digit number and Guests should be able to link them to their My Disney Experience. But clearly, something has gone awry and it is time to contact a Cast Member at (407) 566-4985. Cast Members are experiencing a high call volume and I recommend calling at 7:00 a.m. Mickey Time when phone lines open. And with a little bit of Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust everything should work out and your next step is checking the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar, for the dates you are interested in, and making your Disney Park Pass reservation
