My ticket and my granddaughters tickets are switched. Showing me as 3-9 and her 10+, do I need to correct that?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Christine! I'm excited to hEAR you have a magical trip coming up with your granddaughter! We are happy to assist you with all your vacation planning needs.

My Disney Experience is a great planning tool, but sometimes technology can get tricky. It sounds like you must have assigned your theme park tickets to the wrong person. You'll want to sort this out before your trip, as the Cast Members at the main entrance may give you suspicious looks when you try to enter with a child's ticket on your MagicBand (I'm sure you're a very youthful looking grandma, though)! I also don't want you to lose precious Park touring time trying to get this all sorted out at the ticket window.

Luckily, this is an easy fix, and I've done it many times myself. Simply log into your My Disney Experience account; look under the heading, 'My Plans, Reservations and Tickets,' and click on the blue link titled, 'Tickets & Memory Maker.' Here you can locate the tickets you wish to reassign and select the "Reassign Ticket" link to the right (tickets can be reassigned until their first usage). I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed this works for you, but if you need additional assistance, call the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357.

Please write back, Christine, if there's anything else we can do!

Meet the Panelist: Eean, Pennsylvania

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania! I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique. It's incredible how many people you can find who love talking about "The Most Magical Place On Earth!" I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at my monthly Bunco club for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
