    I have a ticket for a friend I bought but they can no longer go can I change the name on it?

    Welcome to planDisney, Diana! In just over a week you will be enjoying a magical vacation at the Disneyland Resort! Thanks so much for sending us your planning question! 

    Changing the name on your theme park ticket is a really easy process. You can always call Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 before your visit to change the name or you can just do it when you arrive. At the theme park entrance, the Cast Member will take pictures of everyone in your party and assign a ticket to each of you. Problem solved!

    Diana, even if the names on your tickets are incorrect at the moment, it's important to make your theme park reservations before your magical vacation. It’s a really easy step we all need to take before we can enjoy a day at the theme parks.
