I have a ticket from a few years back that is unused due to illness, is it still valid or can a credit be issued toward a new one?

    Hi Tara!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so glad that you stopped by with a question for us. You're very smart to have held on to that Walt Disney World Resort ticket after all of these years, and hopefully you will still be able to use it!

The first thing I would suggest that you do is create your My Disney Experience account if you haven't done so already. Once you've done that, log in and select Park Tickets and then Link Tickets. Enter the ID number on your ticket to see if the system is able to recognize the ticket. If for some reason it doesn't accept it, then I would suggest calling to see if a Cast Member can assist you. They should also be able to tell you if your ticket is eligible for an upgrade.

I hope this helps so that you'll get the answer that you're hoping for with regards to your unused ticket. If we can be of further assistance, just let us know. Have a magical day!
