    I have a ticket credit from February 2020 that I want to use. How do I go about that?

    Hi there, Nichol! Welcome to planDisney, we are so glad you are here! I am sure you are eagerly counting down the months until your arrival at Walt Disney World Resort! You are in for a vacation that is equal parts fun, memorable, and magical! 

    Nichol, since you have a ticket credit from February 2020, I would call the Existing Tickets Office at (407) 934-7639. The Cast Members on the line will be more than happy to assist you with your ticket needs and transfer to the one you can use for your upcoming trip. Do not forget to make park reservations once you have your tickets set up! Make sure to take time and visit Disney's EPCOT Park and experience gardens, topiaries, and of course, all the wonderful snacks at EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival!
