Welcome to planDisney, Elizabeth! Thank you for your question today!
I hope that you are able to visit The Happiest Place on Earth on your scheduled arrival date! Disneyland Resort is home to magic, pixie dust, and enchantment, but I understand that there are things that happen (such as illness) that cannot be prevented, and I understand you want to be prepared!
The Disneyland eTicket Terms and Conditions state that theme park tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, however if they expire before you can use them you can use the purchase price of the unused tickets towards the purchase of new tickets of equal or greater value. . You will need to cancel any theme park pass reservations you have made for these tickets before you can create new theme park pass reservations. You can do this by visiting the
My Disneyland section of the
Disneyland website, and going to the "Tickets and Reservations Details" section. Next, click on "View My Park Reservations". You will be able to view all of your upcoming reservations, and to the right of each reservation, you can click "Cancel Reservation". From there, you will be given the option to select which tickets associated with this reservation date you want to cancel and then steps to confirm this. Once you have made your cancelations, you will be able to rebook your theme park pass reservations, which can be made up to 120 days in advance. If you need further assistance, you can call the
Tickets office at (714) 781-4636.
I hope this information helped you today, Elizabeth! Stop by the planDisney website at any time with other questions you may have before your visit. I hope everything goes well, and that you have the most magical visit to Disneyland!
