    Is the ticket in my account valid or has it been used? I don’t know why it’s there if it’s not valid.

    Welcome to planDisney, Donna! Thanks so much for stopping in with your question about theme park tickets for the Walt Disney World Resort!

    The best way to find out if the tickets showing up in your My Disney Experience account are valid, is by calling the Resort directly by dialing the number listed under "existing tickets" in this link. A Cast Member will be happy to take a look at your account in depth to let you know if you can use the theme park ticket for an upcoming visit, or possibly apply the amount of an expired theme park ticket toward the purchase of a new ticket. 

    If you do find out the tickets are no longer valid, I encourage you to take a look at the Special Offers that may be available to you for an upcoming visit. The official Disney webpage will list all the current offers that might include savings toward a stay at a Disney Resort Collection hotel, savings on theme park tickets or even on Disney Dining Plans
