    Thx for your response:) I would welcome your signature dining recommendations, my kids do have nice appetites, they're little "foodies", so if I can plan enough signature dining experiences to use all of our deluxe credits, it would be a treat fo

    Marah,

    I am glad to oblige!

    So in terms of the signature dining experiences, I have my favorites. Also, I think you need to consider location. So first I will suggest my top 5, and then provide ideas based on where you are when you need to dine;

    Doug's Top 7 Signature Favorites
    California Grill - Our #1 favorite, especially for sushi and pork with polenta.
    Jiko - Filet with macaroni. Yum.
    Bistro de Paris - The height of elegance and impeccable service.
    Hollywood Brown Derby - Cobb Salad yumminess makes for the best in-park dining.
    Flying Fish Cafe - Perhaps the best seafood at Walt Disney World
    Citricos - Really great dining, just wish it had a better view.
    Narcoossee's - Great view, good food.

    Based on location, here are my thoughts;
    Magic Kingdom: California Grill (at nearby Contemporary Resort)
    Epcot: Bistro de Paris (France Pavilion)
    Hollywood Studios: Hollywood Brown Derby
    Animal Kingdom: Jiko (at nearby Animal Kingdom Lodge)

    I think all the rest are good, they just don't appeal the way the first group do. Here are some thoughts;
    Artist Point - great setting, easier to get a table, and interesting protein variety.
    Yachtsman Steakhouse - great steak.
    Le Cellier Steakhouse - also great steak, but so popular that I always have to wait long after my reservation time, which is tough with kids.
    Fulton's Crab House - Good crab, but just does not feel so high end.
    Wolfgang Puck: The Dining Room - Great, but obscure and not conveniently located.

    So that is the quick review. Let me know if you need to know more about any of these, or if you have other questions!

    Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
