Thx so much for the great advice! We're staying at the Beach Club and have 8:30am reserv. @ Chef Mickey's - what's the best way to get to the Contemporary? And, we have 8:30am @ CRT one morning - how long does it usually take to get to MK from the BC? :)

Hi. I'm writing to you from my family vacation at the Beach Club right now!

We went from here to the Magic Kingdom yesterday morning. The bus ride itself is about 20 minutes long. Your issue is going to be how long it takes for the bus to come to pick you up. The buses run from the resorts to the theme parks approximately every 20 minutes. If your bus comes right away, then you're in luck, but you might also end up waiting a while for the bus. Then, once you get to the Magic Kingdom, for your meal at Cinderella's Royal Table, you'll need to go through the MK security and ticket lines and then walk to the check-in podium at the Castle. To make sure I got all of this accomplished, I would leave the hotel an hour or so before my reservation time.

To get to Chef Mickey's you need to take the bus to the Magic Kingdom. But don't go into the Magic Kingdom. Instead, transfer to the resort monorail line and take the monorail one stop to the Contemporary hotel. You'll need to take the escalator down one level to get to Chef Mickey's. Again, I'd leave the Beach Club about an hour before my meal time.

    Have a great trip.
