Hi Moms, Thx for answering all my questions. Going in June and staying at PP. Can you tell me how rope drop works with EMH? Is there a separate queue for EMH guests? I'm just concerned with navigating the crowd of early risers and getting in early!

    Hello John,

Thank you for your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You are staying at our favorite Disneyland Resort Hotel, the Paradise Pier!

As a Guest of the fun Paradise Pier Hotel, you and other Guests of the Disneyland Resort Hotels may enter either Disneyland or Disney California Adventure Park an hour early each day of your stay according to the schedule with a valid theme park ticket and active Disney hotel room key.

    Disneyland Park: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays
Disney California Adventure Park: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays

You are able to enter select attractions, stores and dining locations one hour before the park opens to the general public. Extra Magic Hour is subject to capacity, cancellation and other restrictions.

I would plan to arrive about one hour and 15 minutes earlier than park opening. There will be a sign above the turnstile that is just for Extra Magic Hour Guests. It may differ each morning, so keep your eyes on the lookout for it. Then get in line with your active Disney hotel room key and theme park tickets and get ready to enjoy the Magic!

If you have any more questions, please write me back and let me know how I can help you plan your magical vacation.

    Wishing you a pixie-dusted vacation!
