    On Thursday, November 21, my family members arrive from the East Coast around 11:30 or 12 o’clock noon. Where will they find the Disney shuttle service?

    Ahoy there, Cynthia!  Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney.

    I believe you are cruising from Galveston, Texas, on the Disney Magic.  If that is correct and they are flying into George Bush Intercontinental Airport, they need to go directly to baggage claim to pick up their luggage.  A Disney Cruise Line representative will be located near the baggage claim area, and your family will be directed to their ground transportation once they have their luggage.
