Going thru the process of making reservations for our stay and every reservation only has a party of 1. The system will not let me add my wife or myself to one reservation for a party of 2.

Hi there, Johnny! Greetings from everyone here at planDisney! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out and allowing us to help you plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

It looks like you’ll be visiting during a particularly magical time at Walt Disney World Resort! Beginning July 2021, firework spectaculars will be returning! Starting July 1st, Guests will be able to catch nightly performances of both Happily Ever After at the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT Forever at Epcot. Both of these firework specials feature a variety of musical and lighting effects to transform the surrounding area into a magical wonderland!

Since you will be traveling right after a holiday, the theme parks may likely be a bit busier than usual! During peak travel times, advanced dining reservations can go quickly for popular locations. This is one of the reasons it is highly recommended that Guests make their reservations as soon as possible beginning up to 60 days before their stay. I would recommend continuing to check for reservations before your stay. Sometimes, there can be additional availability that opens up due to cancellations. You may also check current reservation availability by navigating over to the “Dining” webpage and selecting the date and time you would like to search. This will give you all of the availability for each dining location during your selected day and time!

Another option would be to utilize the Mobile Dine Walk-Up Availability feature on the My Disney Experience app! This feature allows Guests to check last-minute availability at select dining locations and add their party to a waitlist. Once your table comes available, you will receive a notification and are free to enjoy your meal!

I hope this information assists you in planning your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort next month! Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you!
