Thru a friend working at DW we're hoping to get free tickets to the park. We'd like to stay at the resort hotel and get a dining plan for a 5nights/6days stay. Any suggestions on how to plan & budget for a most incredible time at DW after 5 years?! Tha

Staying on-site at a Walt Disney World Resort is definitely the way to go! If you haven't selected your resort yet, I'd like to suggest either the new Art of Animation Resort or Coronado Springs. They are both wonderful resorts, close to the parks and are budget-friendly. The Disney Dining Plan (DDP) is absolutely wonderful and will save you time, money and stress. However, you may only purchase the DDP if you purchase a package, with both the room and tickets. Some suggestions I have for planning a magical vacation, include: 1-Make a list of your top 5 "must-see" attractions and top 5 "would like to see" attractions. Plan your vacation around these and prioritize based on your list. It will prevent you from feeling overwhelmed. 2-Plan out which parks to visit every day of your trip in advance so you won't waste precious time debating were to go. 3-Make Advanced Dining Reservations at any restaurant that you'd like to visit. Walk-up reservations are difficult, so make sure to plan in advance. 4-Research crowd levels ahead of time to decide what time of year to visit by going to touringplans dot com. Please let me know if I can help you with anything else to ensure you have a magical vacation! Magically, Stacy
