We were thrilled to learn you can get SWEET tea at the 50s PTC. Our waitress said one rest at each park should serve it. Can anyone tell me the others? My southern DH really prefers sweet tea with meals. Thanks!

Hi Julie! In my home state of North Carolina, when you order tea, it's served super sweet. If you want it any other way, well, that's a special request. As a southern girl, it's hard for me to fathom that other parts of the country don't serve their tea sweet. What can I say, except bless their hearts!

A few restaurants in the Disney parks have sweet tea on the menu, although I can't guarantee that it will be as sweet as what you're used to in Alabama. At the Animal Kingdom, the Rainforest Cafe serves Sweet Tea. At Epcot, Nine Dragons serves a sweetened Raspberry Iced Tea. I looked at the menus for all of the table-service restaurants in the Magic Kingdom, and although many of them serve iced tea, none of the menus specifically say sweet tea, so you'll have to order at your own risk there. If you find yourself dining at a restaurant without sweet tea, you can always take the advice of my fellow southern Disney mom, Heather, and make your own -- click here for her "recipe."

Hope this helps! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions!
