Hi! I am thrilled to be able to take my Ariel-obsessed 5 year old daughter to Disney this Nov. I don't want to miss a single Ariel attraction/show. Can you tell me where I can find them all? Also, does the BBB have Ariel costumes to choose?

I have three daughters so I completely understand the needs of a princess obsessed 5 year old :-)

There are three main Ariel attractions at Walt Disney World:

    - The Voyage of the Little Mermaid show at Disney's Hollywood Studios. This is a multimedia stage show with live actors, lasting about 20 minutes. There are really incredible special effects in this theater. I am in awe every time. You can watch Ariel perform and sing, but there is no opportunity for meeting Ariel here.

    - Ariel's Grotto at the Magic Kingdom. This is a classic meet and greet area where your daughter will have a chance to speak with Ariel, get her autograph, and pose for photos. This is obviously a must-do for any Ariel fan.

    - Princess Storybook meals at the Akershus in the Norway pavilion at Epcot. Ariel is among the princesses that greets guests here. She is walking around the restaurant, so of course she's in her human form (with her wedding gown).

There are Ariel costumes sold at WDW, as well as many Ariel-themed tees, toys, and other forms of merchandise.

There's also one almost-Ariel in the Peter Pan's Flight ride at the Magic Kingdom. There is scene during the ride where there are mermaids. The red-haired one is not really Ariel, but she looks so much like Ariel that nearly everyone thinks she is.

Have fun with your bright young woman :-)
