Does a three year old need a park ticket ?

    chEARs Virginia!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It sounds like you have an exciting adventure about to happen at the Happiest Place on EARth! I love Disneyland Resort at all.the.times, but it is especially magical through the eyes of a little one.

Everyone ages three and older need a ticket for Theme Park entrance. Online you will find that ages 3-9 have a different pricing tier than those ten and older. Browse through your options, and see which pass fits the needs of your little team. If you are going to stay more than a day, I highly recommend a multi-day ticket. Depending on how many days you visit, you get a significant discount on price as well as access to Magic Morning!

During Magic Morning, you will get VIP access to select attractions and entertainment before the rest of the crowd arrives at Disneyland Park. (One note, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is not open during Magic Morning). Admission to this special event happens one time per 3+ day theme park ticket, and is fantastic!

Now, most tickets allow entry to one park per day, but if you get the Park Hopper option, you will be able to bounce between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park! That’s my favorite option because then I can ride Matterhorn Bobsleds AND Radiator Springs Racers in the same day!

Virginia, if you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to come back. Enjoy your vacation with your kiddo!
