I have three passes less and would like to plan a visit this month but oh I think I was told that my pass is expired September 2021. We had a purchase our tickets in March 2020 but they close down.

Welcome to planDisney, Tracy! Please don't worry! I'm happy to give you some pointers, so that you can use those tickets you purchased in 2020 toward an upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort

The first thing to do is to send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:

-Confirmation numbers you received when you purchased the tickets

    -Include your name

-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached

-Where and when the ticket was purchased

    -Purchaser’s name

    -Form of payment used

A Cast Member will respond to your message in a few days and let you know how the amount you paid for your tickets can be applied to new theme park tickets.

There's so much to look forward to during "The World's Most Magical Celebration!" When it comes to nighttime fireworks alone, EPCOT and Magic Kingdom Park have some new shows that are just so fun! I loved seeing the World Showcase in EPCOT light up with the new show a few weeks ago! I think you will definitely want to experience them next time you visit!

Tracy, I hope I've been helpful. If you need any more planning help, don’t hesitate to come back to see us! It's always our pleasure to help you plan your next magical visit!
