Hi Melody,
Thank you for stopping by
planDisney!
You have a great question, and one I have wondered myself. As the world has evolved over the past couple of years due to the pandemic, practices have changed to accommodate our ever-changing climate. I work in healthcare, and our practices change constantly as new developments occur. Of course, these changes affect everyone and so what occurs today may not be what occurs tomorrow.
Without having my crystal ball handy (where did I put that darn thing?), I can only tell you what the current practice is and advise you to keep it in mind that things could change dramatically within a year's time. Currently, Guests with date-based admissions or tickets, do not need to make
Theme Park Reservations in order to visit a theme park if they are visiting beyond January 9, 2024. All other Guests with tickets that are not date-based may need to make Theme Park Reservations. Since your current tickets are not date-based, at the current time it appears as if you will need to make Theme Park Reservations.
My best advice is to keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog when it is closer to your vacation to see what the current practices are. Additionally, you can come back and ask your friends here at planDisney! We are always eager to help you plan every detail of your next Magical vacation!
See Ya Real Soon,
Brenda
