    Three out of five of our group are Diabetic. I was wondering if Powerade Zero is available at the parks or resorts? Also any sugar free desserts offered at the table service restaurants?

    Hi Kathleen,

    I just spent half an hour looking through my many food and beverage photos for you. Generally the fountain beverages in the parks and resorts include Minute Maid light lemonade, Coke Zero, Diet Coke, and of course water. There is bottled PowerAde sold almost everywhere, but not PowerAde Zero.

    The one place that I'm sure you can get PowerAde Zero is at the concession stand at the AMC movie theater at Downtown Disney. The AMC theater has a rockin' new Coke Freestyle Machine which allows you to choose and combine basically every soft drink that the Coke company has to offer in the US. Among the options are PowerAde Zero in Cherry, Lime, Fruit Punch, Lemon, Raspberry, Grape, and Strawberry flavors. Go to DisneyFoodBlog.com and search for "Coke Freestyle" and you can see photos of the machines.

    The good news is, you don't even have to see a movie to enjoy the drinks. Just tell the attendant that you want to buy concessions and leave, and they'll let you in. I've done this myself several times.

    Sugar free desserts are available at the majority of table service restaurants. Even if they're not explicitly on the menu, you can ask and they'll have one for you. Some restaurants do have sugar free dessert on the menu. For example, at the 50s Prime Time Cafe at Disney's Hollywood Studios, there is no-sugar-added cheesecake on the regular menu. Head on over to the independent website allears.net. You'll find the menus for every WDW restaurant there and you can take a look at what your options are.
