    Hello. We have three different couples coming to Disney. One of the individuals is making the reservations and paying for the tickets but we all have Disney wristbands from prior visits. Will we all be able to link our bracelets to her account?

    Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation sounds like it will be practically perfect in every way! Just think, soon enough, you'll visit The Most Magical Place on Earth with a fun-filled group! How exciting!

    Mary, it's so kind of your friend to make the reservations and pay for the theme park tickets; friends like these deserve to be treated to some Mickey-shaped snacks!

    Mary, as long as your MagicBands from your previous trips show as active and linked to your My Disney Experience account, and your friend purchasing tickets has added you to her Family & Friends list to assign the tickets to you (and all the Guests in your party), you should be good to go! 

    As Mary Poppins sings, "And every task you undertake becomes a piece of cake," I'm happy to help you ensure your previously used MagicBands are active, connect with your friend on My Disney Experience, and reassign your theme park ticket under your name!

    First, let's ensure the MagicBand you have previously used is still active on your My Disney Experience account. To check, please follow these steps:

    -Open up your My Disney Experience Mobile App.
    -Tap on the three horizontal lines located on the bottom right.
    -Select "MagicBands and More."
    -Tap on your name and scroll to find your MagicBand. From here, you should be able to see if it's active.

    Once you have confirmed your MagicBand is active, please ensure you and your friend are connected through the Family & Friends list. If you're not yet connected, please follow these steps to connect through your Family & Friends list:

    -Click this link and scroll down until you can select the + Add a Guest option. 
    -You will be asked to enter your friend's name and age.  
    -You will then add her email address, and it will invite her to connect with you. 
    -After your friend accepts the invitation to connect with you, you can begin planning together, and she will be able to link your ticket to your account.

    To have your friend assign your theme park ticket to you, please have her follow these steps:

    -Open the My Disney Experience Mobile App
    -Tap the three horizontal bars located on the bottom right 
    -Select Tickets and Passes
    -Locate the ticket that your friend would like to reassign. Under it, your friend will see and select the option "Reassign Ticket."
    -A list of her Family and Friends will pop up, and since the two of you have recently connected, you'll be on this list for her to choose from! 
    -Once your friend chooses you to reassign the ticket, she will continue and follow through the steps until she receives a confirmation that the ticket has been reassigned.
