What are your thoughts on touringplans.com vs. tourguidemike.com? I would like to starting planning which parks we will go to each day and a plan of attack for the attractions. I would like to narrow it down to just 1 sites so I am not overwhelmed.

Great question! In fact I think it'll be my last one!

My short answer is... Flip a coin! ;-)

OK, to be more helpful, I'll share that overall I like Mike Hewell's (TourGuideMiKE) recommendations/approach a little bit more.

    TOURINGPLANS
I prefer TourGuideMike's (TGM) plans -- mostly because he shares the hows/whys of designing your own plan. Admittedly, many of TGMs sample tours are limited/outdated. If you just want some quick good plans, then touringplans.com (TP) is a better source.

    CROWD CALENDARS
TP bases its recommendations on lots of historical data, whereas TGM mostly uses his daily experience giving private VIP park tours. You can argue that TP's approach is better, but I personally trust TGM and like the fact that he shares qualitative info to help you make a more informed decision.

Another difference is that TGM provides morning and evening recommendations each day (and why), whereas TP provides you one recommendation per day based on peak afternoon wait times. I like to avoid being in any park at afternoon peak times (I'd rather be back at the resort pool!), so that isn't as relevant to me.

A few features, though, that ARE better about TP:
    - It has a year's worth of crowd level predictions (TGM is approx. 6 months)
    - It's better at recommending each park at least once per week
    - It predicts the overall WDW crowd levels on a daily basis, whereas TGM only differentiates crowd levels by wider ranges of dates (approx. 1-3 ratings in a month)

    CONCLUSION
Either can be a good choice, depending upon your needs. Hopefully my answer here helps you make your own choice.

And to borrow from a lost Hollywood Studios attraction (Who Wants to be a Millionaire)...Yes, that's my final answer!
