It's a great day to see you at planDisney, Lori!
Thanks for bringing your question our way.
Hooray for being part of the
Annual Passholder family! I still remember the moment my family purchased our first Annual Passes and the excitement that comes with knowing about the dining and merchandise discounts, along with
Special Offers on Disney Resort hotel rooms, and, of course, being able to return to the magic year round! Although several years have passed since then, my family still feels the thrill and excitement of having our Annual Passes.
If you purchased your
Memory Maker with your Annual Pass, it should only expire once your pass does; however, even with the add-on, you may still get an auto-notification that your photos may expire after the 45-day window even though it no longer applies to you. You can always verify the photo expiration on your
My Disney Experience Mobile App and the
Disney PhotoPass website. If you click on one of your Disney PhotoPass photos, you will be able to see the expiration date in the photo description. The expiration date should be 365 days after the photo was taken and not 45 days after the photo was taken.
To check if you added the Memory Maker with your Annual Pass, you'll want to follow the steps below:
-Visit the
Walt Disney World Resort website and locate and hover over the
My Disney Experience logo in the top right corner.
-From the drop-down menu, select
My Plans.
-Under the
My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets section, you'll see your
Daily Itinerary, but next to that, you'll see and select
Tickets & Memory Maker.
-Selecting this will bring up your theme park ticket and Memory Maker purchase.
Under your Annual Pass, it should also state, "with Disney PhotoPass Downloads," and under that, the expiration date of your Annual Pass. If the expiration date differs from the email you received, I recommend you give the
V.I.PASSHOLDER Support a call so they can look into your account to assist you further!
Wishing you an enchanting visit, Lori!
