    Thks for help. Can't get plan.DVD here in SA. Arrive 4 Dec 11am MCO after travelling 36 hours and 3 time zones. Using Mag Ex, check in by 3pm? Prob tired but 2 grd's age 7 and 8 will want to do something Disney. Using Disney transport. Suggestions plse.

    Hazel,

    Oh, the joys of long distance travel! I have come to Walt Disney World straight from a few of those long-term flights (not as long as you, just a few hours from Europe, but still tired from the travel), and this is what I would do;

    1. Don't go to a park. Don't have your first, tired, experience be in a park. They will not get as much fun out of it, and it starts the vacation in a bad mood.
    2. Explore your resort. Walk the property. See the sights. Swim in the pool to re-energize yourselves.
    3. Have a big, fun meal. Go to the Hoop Dee Doo Review, Chef Mickey's, Whispering Canyon Cafe, or any other of the fun, resort-based restaurants for a dinner that kicks off your vacation in a fun, delicious style.
    4. Plan a resort-themed activity. Get into the mood of Walt Disney World and your resort. This fall my family is staying at the Polynesian, so we are getting a PhotoPass photo session in island attire and then going to the Spirit of Aloha luau.
    Write me back with where you are staying, and I will come up with some more specific suggestions!

    Have a magical vacation!
