    We are thinking about using Tiffany Towncar to get from the airport to the Polynesian Resort. They offer a Publix stop and I was curious if we get in before check in time if the bell service would take/hold our luggage as well as groceries to the room.

    Welcome to planDisney. I'm so glad you cruised by a question for us today!

    Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is truly a vacation oasis. My family enjoyed a stay there in 2022 and I'm still thinking about our time relaxing by the pool, DOLE Whip in hand. Though you'll find many great dining options around the resort, I know it's convenient to have food and beverages right in your resort room. You'll be glad to know that Bell Services will be happy to store your luggage and any grocery items until your room is ready.

    I'd recommend packaging your items into as few bags as possible and keeping any cold/perishable items together. When you pull up to that tropical-scented resort lobby simply let the Cast Members know what you need to store. I did the same during a stay at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa last year when I arrived with a box of fragile decorated cookies. Bell Services took excellent care of them while we enjoyed the resort. These didn't need to be refrigerated, but they confirmed with me before taking our items to the storage area.

    Once your room is ready you can call Bell Services to have your items brought to the room. Keep in mind, that you'll need to be there to accept the delivery. After you've unpacked, take some time to stroll the sandy shores of Seven Seas Lagoon and maybe even take in a viewing of Happily Ever After. The synchronized audio is typically piped in to enjoy right on the beach!
