My DH and I were thinking to travel down to WDW in Oct. First trip without kids. We usually come as a family in Jan so when my DH and I come we were thinking of an AP. Would this be a good option and buy the Tables in Wonderland instead of DDP?

Hi, Deborah!  I cannot think of a time when we didn't have a Walt Disney World annual pass.  It's always been a great investment in entertainment for our family, so I highly recommend it if you plan on making mulitple trips to Walt Disney World.

While I think the Disney Dining Plan is a great way to budget for food during a vacation, I can't say enough good things about the Tables in Wonderland program.  Participating restaurants provide a 20% discount on everything, including alcoholic beverages.  An 18% gratuity is automatically added to your bill, but this is still a great savings, allowing you to try some awesome restaurants!

I hope you have a great visit to Walt Disney World!  I so cherish the times I get to go with just my husband!  We have some amazing memories of grown-ups only vacations!
