    We are thinking of taking our trip to WDW in April over the Easter weekend. What is the weather like in Florida then? Can you recommend a place were I can look up what is going on in the parks during this time period. Parades etc. Thanks

    OK, weather first. The National Weather Service website (www.nws.noaa.gov) lists April weather as follows;

    Temperature High: 83.0
    Temperature Low: 59.9
    Average Temperature: 71.5

    Monthly Rainfall: 2.42 inches

    As for park hours, the Walt Disney World website has been redesigned (so many GREAT photos, really takes you there!), so you can find things more easily. To get theme park hours, as well as what parks have extra magic hours, just go to the main menu drop down labeled "Plan", and select "Park Hours" from here you will see listing of any special events, as well as opening and closing times, and what attractions/entertainment is open during the Extra Magic Hours.

    To get a more general listing of all activities I would recommend you look by park. Go to the "Discover" tab and pick a theme park. Under that same tab you can select "Special Events" and see all the exciting programs that go on throughout the year.  One for you to consider is the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival

    Have a magical vacation!
