Ahoy, Heidi, and welcome back to planDisney!
Thank you for continuing to visit us with your Disney vacation planning questions. A Disney Cruise is my favorite way to travel and experience Disney, so I hope I can steer you in the right direction as you plan for your first one. It's a special way to spend precious time with your family and your
favorite Disney pals!
Disney Cruise Line's
Special Services Team is a great resource for all Guests who may need accommodations while sailing with Captain Mickey. They provide information before you cast off, so your crew will be prepared for what to expect while on board. And once you board, the Crew members and
Guest Services team will be available to assist you if needed. Each ship in the fleet has three
main dining rooms, each offering a different visual experience. My advice is to email the Special Services team to let them know which ship you are considering for your first voyage, and they can fill you in on what you may experience in those dining rooms. Once you are booked, you can reach out again with the specifics (ship name, sail date, reservation number) so they can discuss your options. This must be done at least 60 days before you embark. The email is specialservices@contact.disneycruiseline.com.
Heidi, I know you are ready to make magical memories at sea with Disney Cruise Line. I hope the resources we've provided will help with your planning, and that you'll visit us again if you have any further questions. We are always happy to help make the process as smooth and seamless as possible.
Have a magical day and happy planning!
Nancy
