I am thinking of staying at the Wilderness Lodge Villas. I am bringing my 1 year old and staying in a studio room. I was wondering can you request a pack n play? Do they have a place near the villas or in the lodge that i can get some groceries (i.e. milk)

I've stayed in the Wilderness Lodge Villas many times. It's my Disney Vacation Club home resort!

Pack 'n Play cribs are standard equipment in all the WDW villas. When you make your reservation, have them make a note that you'll be needing a crib in your room. Chances are they'll tell you that there will already be one in the room. If for some reason, a Pack 'n Play happens to not be there when you arrive, simply call housekeeping and they'll bring one up right away. There is no extra charge for this.

The rear of the main gift shop at the Wilderness Lodge is set up like a small convenience store. (This type of store exists at all the WDW resorts that have attached Vacation Club facilities.) You'll be able to find a small selection of groceries here, including milk. Other items you'll find will be fresh fruit, breakfast cereals, bread, juice, beer and wine, sodas, dry pasta, package deli meats and cheeses, frozen pizza, etc. The selection is not huge, but you'll certainly find the basics.
