We are thinking of staying in the cabins at Fort Wildreness, instead of an off-site condo. If we wanted to make some of our own food, any suggestions on what is the easiest/most cost-friendly way to get to staple items (eggs, bread, milk, beer, soda, etc)?

I love that you listed beer as a staple! It is vacation, after all. :)

Because you ask this question, I'm guessing that you won't have a rental car to use to drive to a grocery store yourself. (If I'm wrong, ask again - there are several local groceries, some better than others)

We have used grocery delivery services in the past and been very pleased with the convenience. You simply go online and place your order in advance, letting them know when you arrive and where you will be staying, and they will take care of the rest! Cost is slightly higher than what we pay in the store at home, but cheaper than hiring a taxi to take you to the store once you arrive in Disney.

    Hope that helps!
