Hello, Sonia! Thank you for coming to visit us with your questions.
Disney's Spirit of Aloha dinner show just makes me long for a trip to Hawaii, where I lay in my floral print muumuu on a beach, with a cold tropical drink in one hand, and a plate of Aloha pulled pork in the other. It would not hurt to have a few Maui looking fire dancers in the vicinity. A girl can dream.
Your picky eater will find more traditional kid type foods on the kids menu. While the menu does change, there is usually corn dogs, pizza, and grilled chicken or fish available for the keiki in the family.
If you need to cancel, as long as you do so prior to 10 PM the night before your show, you will get a full refund. The refund will go back to your credit card in about 7 - 10 business days.
The show is about two hours long. In my experience, there have been buses waiting to take guests back to their resort after the show. You can also pretty easily get a taxi or an Uber back to your resort.
If you arrive early, take a walk around
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. It is so lush and tropical, and it's just beautiful to walk around the resort. Even better, have a pre-dinner snack at the
Pineapple Lanai for the "World" famous DoleWhip. Well worth arriving a little early.
Enjoy your upcoming visit, Sonia!
