    I was thinking about running the 5K at Castaway Cay (if it is available) but my DD15 wants me to do the Walk/Kayak excursion with her. Is it possible to do both?

    It is great to hear from you! I'm also planning on running the Castaway Cay 5K on my next cruise!  You should be able to be able to participate in both activities since the run is one of the first activities offered on the island.  It is usually planned for around 8:45-9:00am, and you should be done no later than 10:00am.  When you log-in to your reservation in the Planning Center, you should be able to see the times the Walking and Kayak Nature Adventure is offered on your day at Castaway Cay.  If there is a late morning or early afternoon option, you should be fine.
