    Thinking of reserving Highway in the Sky Dine Around for our visit in July, but our daughter will be 2 months away from turning 12. It’s “intended for guests 12 & up”. Will she be allowed to participate? She’s quite mature, and well mannered. TY!

    Hi there, Madeline! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for taking the time to submit another wonderful Walt Disney World Resort question! 

    Walt Disney World Resort offers a wide variety of ways to enhance your vacation experience through the Enchanted Extras Collection! As someone that frequently visits, I love looking through the various extra offerings and finding ways to experience Walt Disney World Resort in all-new ways! 

    Highway in the Sky Dine Around is just one of the experiences offered in this collection! This exclusive evening of dining invites Guests to board the Walt Disney World Monorail and embark on a journey of delicious proportions! Guests will be treated to five, flavorful courses at three of the top Disney Resort hotels including Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. Finally, the evening will come to an end in a grand, musical finale as you and your family watch Happily Ever After!

    It is true that this experience is intended for Guests 12 and older, however, this does not mean technically mean that a Guest must be above this age to participate! As long as your daughter is relatively close to this age and understands what this dining experience entails, she should be allowed to accompany you. This event can honestly be a great way to expose your child to some unique dining locations and just how adventurous fine dining can be!
