Hi! We're thinking about hitting the high seas with our preschoolers. Are there any staterooms that will fit 4 without use of a upper pull-down bunk?

    Hi Madalene!
It's so exciting to be planning a Disney cruise!  Depending on the ship you choose, you have a couple of options for staterooms.
On all of the ships, a Deluxe Family Stateroom with Verandah could accommodate your family without having to use an upper bunk for your little ones.  These staterooms are designed for families of five and have a wall pull-down bed in addition to the upper pull-down bed and convertible sofa.  On the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder, these staterooms are category 4A, 4B, & 4E.  On the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy, these staterooms are category 4A, 4B, 4C, & 4D.
A different way to do it, which is sometimes less expensive, would be to book two connecting inside staterooms for your family.  We have done this with our children, and having the extra space is such a luxury.
I hope you have a wonderful cruise!   If you have other questions arise, please feel free to ask them here.

    Happy Cruising,  Tracy V.

GAWRSH! Hiya pals! I am a Goofy-loving mom of 2, who is married to my real-life Prince Charming. My family supports my passion for all things Disney. Walt Disney World was my very first vacation, when I was just 3 months old, and I recently completed my 73rd trip to a Disney location! I have been fortune enough to parasail high above the Disney Fantasy, attend opening day of Batuu, snorkel in the lagoon at Disney's Aulani, and SO MUCH MORE! I can't wait to help you plan your Disney vacation!
