Thinking about going at the end of October first of November for the food and wine festival and was wondering when does the Christmas decorations go up? Wanting to experience both Halloween and Christmas.

    Dear Christy,

Thank you very much for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about experiencing both Halloween and Christmas at the Walt Disney World Resort!

There are many people who just love to try to experience both holidays at the most magical place on earth, by arriving just before Halloween and leaving a few days after. You will absolutely be able to see the decorations for both holidays, since Christmas decorations start going up on November 1st. If you time it right, you can attend both parties at the Magic Kingdom as well!

The last night of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is Halloween night, October 31st, and the first Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is November 9th!

I hope that you can work this fun plan into your schedule! Have a magical time!
