We are thinking about going to dw the week of my daughter turns 3. I was wondering if she would be able to go on rides that are 3 yr age minimum but she meets the height requirement? Will she be able to go on them since she would be two at time of checkin?

Hi Sara!  Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

What a wonderful birthday this will be for your daughter! I remember bringing my daughter to Walt Disney World Resort just before her 3rd birthday.  It was such a magical time!  She was so excited to meet all her favorite Disney Princesses.

While some tours and other special events have age requirements, there are no age restrictions for rides, only height restrictions.  When looking at the list of attractions, you will see an "Age Interest" filter.  This is only a suggestion of what ages might best enjoy the attraction.  You will want to filter the list by your daughter's height to see which attractions are appropriate for her to ride.  Be sure to include the "Any Height" filter.

Sara, I have more good news for you.  Children's admission tickets are priced for those ages 3 through 9.  If your daughter will be 2 at the time of check-in, you will not need to purchase an admission ticket for her.

I hope that helps!  Please feel free to visit us again if you have additional questions.
