Ahoy there Jennifer,
Welcome to planDisney! I just took a look at that particular itinerary and it sounds like the absolute best way to spend a weekend. I've yet to sail on
Disney Magic but I've only heard stellar reviews from friends that have. I think you'll be in for a most magical sailing should you decide to move forward in the booking process.
Since there are three
rotational dining restaurants onboard you, unfortunately, wouldn't be able to experience all of them for dinner on this shorter 2-night sailing. I just chatted with a
Disney Cruise Line Cast Member to see if the dining rotation schedules were available but they are still being finalized at this time. If you have your heart set on a particular rotation you can always call in and make a special request with a friendly Cast Member. In fact, I just called yesterday to request a specific rotation for my upcoming cruise on Disney Wish. While these requests aren't guaranteed, I was assured that the dining team tries their very best to accommodate guest requests.
I also wanted to mention that
sit-down breakfast and lunch options are usually available during sailings at one of the three main restaurants. This would give you an opportunity to experience a restaurant outside of your scheduled dinner seating. It looks like
Lumiere's is the current location on Disney Magic, but this may be subject to change. You can
inquire by phone as your sail date approaches, but It's always best to confirm the most up-to-date information in your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App once onboard.
The Cast Member I spoke with indicated that entertainment schedules are also still being finalized but considering
Tangled: The Musical is one of the main stage shows, they hoped it would be featured on this 2-night November sailing. I'll cross my fingers that you'll get to see those floating lanterns gleam during your cruise!
Jennifer, please sail back and visit us again with more planning questions.
Wishing you magic and memories,
Amy
