Thinking about doing the online check-in. Are you more likely to get your room requests by doing the online check-in or do they not even look at the requests until you arrive? Thanks !

    Hi, Danielle!

Thanks for visiting us again here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I would definitely recommend doing Online Check-In for your Walt Disney World resort hotel as it will save you time when you arrive at your resort's registration desk. You'll just need to show the Cast Member at the front desk your photo identification in order to pick up your welcome folder containing your Key to the World card. The online check-in process is very easy and will only take a few minutes of your time.

Normally, room requests are noted on a reservation when you originally book your room or vacation package, but requests can also be added anytime afterwards by calling Disney Reservations. Specific rooms are typically assigned several days prior to a guest's arrival. It is at this time that any room requests will be taken into consideration by the room assignors, based on availability of course.

You can only add up to two very basic room requests (e.g., corner room or ground, second or highest floor) via the online check-in feature so I recommend calling Disney Reservations at 407-939-7211 to note any room requests you may have. You can also ask your travel agent to do this, if you booked your vacation through an agency.

Wishing you a magical vacation, Danielle! Please write me back if I can assist you further as you plan your trip.
