Thinking of doing a 3/4 day cruise and 3/4 days at WDW in april 2014.How do you get from cruise port and WDW and what is easiest way to book both trips so it is all seamless transition to each location and to/from airport?

    Ahoy Chad!
A Disney vacation on both land and sea is a fabulous idea, and I'd love to give you some tips on how to create the perfect surf and turf adventure for your family!
Disney Cruise Line does offer pre-or post-cruise hotel stays for Guests looking to add a little Disney Parks fun with their cruise.  Your resort stay can include up to a five-day Magic Your Way Ticket with Park Hopper Option and ground transportation to and/or from Disney Cruise Line's terminal.  The option not currently available is the Disney Dining Plan so if this is something you want to include, you will need to book your land and sea vacations separately.
If a pre-or post-cruise stay works for your family, you can call a Cruise Reservation Agent at (800) 951-3532 to book all components of your vacation.  If you want to include the Dining Plan, I recommend booking your Walt Disney World vacation first then calling Disney Cruise Line so you can link the two reservations together.  Linking your two reservations numbers is very important especially since you are interested in ground transportation.  Round trip ground transportation vouchers are available for purchase which includes your trip back to the airport if your Walt Disney World stay is pre-cruise.
I hope my answers help, Chad!  Please keep me posted with other cruise questions as you continue to plan!
