We are thinking of going to Disney World in April 2011 is the dining plan a deal that might change by then or is it pretty permanent?

    Crystal,

The Disney Dining Plans are  a pretty permanent feature of a Disney vacation. What you will notice, however, is that when a new year starts, sometimes you don't see all of the restaurants that were on the previous year's plans on the new year's plans. That is not a mistake, and also, not permanent.

Disney typically adds most all of them back in, but until all the agreements, by restaurant, are made, they can't list them. So don't sweat that you may not see everything you had seen previously there missing. They will probably get on there eventually.

FYI, on a personal note, I think that these plans are fantastic. I find with friends that I assist in planning, that every one of them finds one of the plans is a good deal that saves them money. You just have to figure out which one matches your dining needs. I recommend them highly!

I am glad to answer any follow-up questions!

Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
